Attendee badges for our conferences include barcodes, which exhibitors can scan with a badge scanner. Exhibitors will receive the following attendee data of the scanned badges after the conference: Name, first name, company name, email address, country, job position.

Attendees may decide on their own to have their badges scanned. If they allow the exhibitor to scan their badge, they also agree, that the aforementioned data is shared with this exhibitor and that the exhibitor may contact them using this data. Attendees may withdraw their consent such data processing by the exhibitor’s at any time by contacting each exhibitor.
